Basic formula

EVA base material: EVA, rosin, wax, stabiliser and additives

TPU base material: TPU (main) + other polymers (ABS/GPPS/EVA) + additives

Application

Hot melt adhesive for car window, shoes, book and others.

Process

Depending on the viscosity of the melting material, two processes are available:

1) If the viscosity of the material is less than 4000 CPS, it is best to use a drop distiller system.

The same system can be used for any additive material with a melting temperature below 100 degrees, e.g. waxes, additives.

Distributor -> belt cooling system -> bucket elevator -> packaging system

2) If the viscosity of the raw material exceeds 4000 CPS, an underwater pelletizing system is preferable.

Feed -> Feed -> Twin Screw Mixing -> Melt Filter -> Melt Pump -> Underwater Pelletizer -> Dewatering -> Classifier -> Conveying and Storage
