Conical Twin Screw Force Feeder

Single Screw Extruder

permanent magnet synchronous motor. Vertical gear box. L/D is 20:1. Single screw barrel adoptsscrew core to supply water. The feeding end is 500mm for water jacket treatment. Single Screw barrel adopts segmented water cooling structure. The diameter of copper tube increases. The whole screw barrel adopts 38crmoala nitriding treatment, the nitriding hardness is HV950-1050, the nitriding depth is 0.6-0.75, and the brittleness is not more than Grade II.

Screen Exchanger

adopt high-quality integral net changer, the area of ring net is increased to 220mm, and the net changer adopts cast copper heater. Electric heating can cool water. Perforated plate with card slot. The net changer is equipped with a travel shield, and all exposed parts are treated with silver high temperature resistant paint or sand blasting.

Die Head

Mouth mold adopts 3-4 discharge strip design. Cast Copper heater, electric heating water cooling. With temperature control. The grain cutter adopts a 360-degree rotating structure for easy replacement. The fervent cover is made of 5mm mirror stainless steel plate. The base of the fervent slide rail adopts the hand brake structure. 4-stage motor.

Advantages of Kneader Extruder Series Compared to the Traditional Twin Screw Extruder In Aspect of Filler Masterbatch

1) The diameter of the twin screw is small and the rotating speed is fast, if foreign matters accidentally enter the extruder in the production process, it is easy to cause screw damage or fracture.
2) The gap between the twin screw and the cylinder is too small. When the inorganic filling is too large, it is easy to cause the screw to wear. After the wear, the quality of the producer is better at the beginning due to the increase of the gap. After several months of continuous production, the product quality declined due to the large screw gap.
3) Most users do not have enough adjustment skills for screw combination, which often leads to problems such as low production capacity, excessive power consumption, insufficient plasticization, or excessive plasticization.
4) The screw speed is too fast, the material itself is worn out greatly, and the risk of water channel wear-through often occurs.
5) Because most of the filling Masterbatch working environment is not good. Often due to the influence of dust, the watercourse is blocked, the solenoid valve fails and other phenomena lead to the failure of temperature control of the equipment.
6) Due to the poor fluidity of the filling Masterbatch, some customers often use the method of direct granulation by touching the head. However, twin-screw also has the situations of fast screw speed, strong shear and excessive self-friction heat. If the machine head is chosen to cut particles directly, it will often cause the problem of excessive plasticization caused by excessive pressure and out-of-control temperature of the Machine Head.
