The PP/PE CaCO3 filler masterbatch extruding line plastic granule making machine is specifically designed for producing plastic granules with calcium carbonate (CaCO3) filler, suitable for plastic film grade applications. This machine efficiently extrudes a mixture of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) resin with CaCO3 filler through a die, resulting in uniform granules. 2. Production process flow
PP/PE, caco3, auxiliary materials are mixed in proportion and enter the transition silo. Then, after being mixed and plasticized by an internal mixer, they are forced-fed into the parallel twin-screws for processing. After secondary plasticizing, mixing, shearing and dispersing, the material enters the lower-stage large-diameter single-screw extruder from melting, where it undergoes low speed, high pressure and cooling to complete extrusion and granulation within controlled temperature. The granulation system adopts water ring cutting system.

The bucket conveyor adopts double chains and a fully enclosed structure, forming interlock control system with the kneader mixer.
Vertical gearbox, the single and double connectors adopt a sealed design, and the single screw barrel uses water through the core of the screw. The feeding end is treated with a water jacket. The whole machine adopts water-cooling structure and has good temperature control effect. The twin screws adopt an integral alloy sleeve.
The water ring granulation system adopts a straight-line water ring device. The feeding fan adopts high-quality cast aluminum and low-noise fan. All fans are equipped with sound-absorbing cotton soundproof covers.
