The production of PVB/SGP films involves many types of additives. It therefore requires an extruder with good mixing and dispersing capabilities.
The excellent mixing and dispersing capabilities of twin-screw extruders enable the additives to be thoroughly and uniformly distributed into the polymer. This not only saves additives, but also improves the intrinsic quality of the final product.

PVB/SGP Film Application
PVB film has good adhesion to inorganic glass and is transparent, heat resistant, cold resistant, moisture resistant and has high mechanical strength.
PVB interlayer films are widely used in the construction, automotive and photovoltaic industries.
If a special formulation is used, it can also be widely used in aerospace, military and high-tech industries, such as aircraft, aerospace products, military instruments, solar cells and solar receivers.
